Wedding Pianist at Crover House: A Grand Finale at Lough Sheelin

This gem on the shores of Lough Sheelin is one of my favorite places to perform. To close out my 2025 season, I had the absolute pleasure of performing for a lively drinks reception at this stunning Cavan venue.

The Magic of the White Grand Piano For this particular event, I performed on the venue’s own white grand piano. It was positioned perfectly in the foyer, right where guests gathered near the bar. Consequently, the music created an immediate sense of elegance as people arrived. There is a specific resonance to an actual grand piano that a digital setup simply cannot mimic.

A Custom Setlist: From Einaudi to Metallica The music for this wedding was highly personalized. Because the bride is a fan of Ludovico Einaudi and Taylor Swift, I focused the first hour on their melodic catalogs. However, the energy shifted as the reception continued.

Based on guest requests, I peppered in some heavier classics. For instance, Metallica’s “Nothing Else Matters” sounds hauntingly beautiful on a grand piano. Additionally, I performed an arrangement of Pink Floyd’s “Comfortably Numb” to close the set.

Booking Your 2026 Wedding Music Overall, performing at Crover House was a highlight of my year. The interactive crowd and the beautiful lakeside setting made it a truly pleasurable experience.

Currently, my diary for 2026 is officially open. If you are looking for a wedding pianist at Crover House or across Ireland, I would love to discuss your vision. Whether you want the cinematic feel of Einaudi or contemporary rock hits, we can create the perfect soundtrack for your day.
