1. Do you play with singers or other musicians? I primarily perform as a solo pianist, but I am very happy to accompany singers if you have a special guest or a family member who would like to perform at your ceremony.

2. How do you handle song requests? I believe your wedding music should be as unique as your relationship. I have a vast repertoire, and I encourage couples to curate their own setlist. My signature style is taking any song—whether it’s a pop hit, a film theme, or a jazz standard—and re-imagining it into a beautiful, bespoke piano arrangement that honors your vision and passion.

3. What do you need from my venue? I bring my own full digital piano setup, which is designed to look sharp, elegant, and professional in any setting. All I require is a small, cleared space and access to a power socket.

4. What happens if the ceremony runs behind schedule? Once you book me, I am entirely yours for the day. There is no time pressure once we are locked in; my focus is purely on being present to support the flow of your day, regardless of any scheduling shifts.

5. How far do you travel? I am based in Drogheda and travel extensively throughout Leinster. I regularly perform as far west as Cavan, Westmeath, and Galway, and as far north as Belfast.

With over 30 years at the piano—beginning at age seven—Paul Fagan has spent over a decade crafting immersive musical experiences for weddings, corporate galas, and private events across Ireland. Holding Grade 8 Honours from the Royal Irish Academy of Music and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Maynooth University, Paul combines a rigorous classical foundation with contemporary arrangement techniques.

Paul’s piano playing was a great addition to my drinks reception and during the meal; it created a great atmosphere. He played a mixture of modern and classic pieces ensuring there was something for all guests. I had so many comments from guests that the music sounded wonderful, that the songs played were great and were ones that everyone recognised. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul; he was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The Perfect Soundtrack
I would like to thank Paul so much for the wonderful performance at our wedding ceremony in Oldcastle. I have always wanted something different to the usual church music.

When I searched and found Paul, I loved how he played and was able to play any song and make it his own. We were thrilled when he accepted our request to play some of our favourite songs and it really made the day that bit more special.
