1. What type of functions do you perform at?

I perform at wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, corporate events, private parties and wedding proposals. I also perform with various groups and singers when a pianist is required.

2. Do you have your own piano to bring along if the venue doesn’t have one? 

In 2017, I have a Roland FP-90 digital stage piano. This is Roland’s latest digital piano using state of the art technology to recreate the most beautiful and authentic grand piano sound. For those interested, it is Roland’s SuperNATURAL technology incorporating piano modelling in the sound engine.

3. How much does it cost to hire you?

My prices vary depending on a number of factors such as the amount of time required to play, time spent travelling and music to be learned. Therefore, I offer instant quotes when clients contact me with details of what they require.

4. What type of music can you perform?

Typically, my default genre lies in pop, jazz and television music. I am, however, classically trained and can perform most styles ad hoc, given enough time to rehearse. My YouTube channel represents my performing repertoire quite accurately.

5. Do you sing alongside playing piano?

I do not sing in this capacity. My singing is limited to backing vocals and harmonies where other singers require it.

6. Where in Ireland do you travel to?

I can travel to any part of the country.

7. Do you travel to the UK?

I am delighted to offer my services in the UK. In this case, I request that my travel and sustenance are covered by the client and from there, I charge largely similar rates to what I would in Ireland.

8. How can I go about booking you for my event?

Once I’ve confirmed that the date is free and that you’re happy to proceed with the booking, I’ll ask for a small deposit and some contact details in order to hold the date for you. 

9. Are you a solo musician?

First and foremost, I am, however; if you require other instrumentalists and/or singers, I can happily accompany them.

10. Do you accompany music students for exams?

I most certainly do.
